Do recommend for a budget stay

Clean room, comfy bed, great location, and quick wifi made my stay here enjoyable as I was able to extend my visit and admire the Empire State Building view from my room while taking advantage of the convenient access to nearby transit lines.

Construction noise was occasionally disruptive.

Just a good pick for a weekend pause in New York with great value-to-price ratio. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Patricia, the general manager, who went out of her way to provide personalized recommendations. Make sure to ask for local dining suggestions upon arrival.

I had the coziest stay in a charming room with a king-sized bed and a amazing view of the Empire State Building. The location couldn't be better. I was just steps away from fantastic eateries and vibrant neighborhoods. The free bottled water and warm coffee in the morning were thoughtful touches.

we recently stayed at four points for 9 nights and had a great experience. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway and nearby shops. our room with 2 queen beds was quiet, and we slept very well. the staff were welcoming and attentive, especially with room cleaning around our rest hours.

Noise levels can be a pain. thin walls let every hallway dispute in, and the loud slam of doors can wake you up. The shower experience leaves much to be desired with knobs that play hard to get and water temperature that's erratic at best. The furniture arrangement is off—one nightstand and no lamps means navigating to the wall for light at night, which can get real old, real fast. Not to mention, the decor feels tired and a bit out of place.
